퇴직 후 50대 남성의 경제적어려움과 노후불안 관계에서 여가스포츠경험 조절효과
Abstract
This study examined the moderating effect of leisure sport experience on the relationship between economic hardship and retirement anxiety among retired men in their 50s. The results showed that economic hardship significantly increased retirement anxiety, whereas leisure sport experience significantly reduced retirement anxiety. In addition, leisure sport experience was found to have a significant moderating effect on the relationship between economic hardship and retirement anxiety. These findings suggest that leisure sport experience operates beyond a direct effect on retirement anxiety, functioning instead within an interactional framework linking economic conditions and psychological adaptation. The results extend prior research focused on economic determinants by showing that experiential resources can modify this relationship. Accordingly, leisure sport experience is not a universal buffering factor, but a context-dependent resource whose effects vary across individual and situational conditions. This supports an individual and environment interaction perspective in explaining retirement anxiety.
